Channel & Content Strategy

The challenge:
The Ontario Science Center wasn’t seeing any value to their social media. Posts saw little to no engagement, their target audiences weren’t being reached, and is often the case, there wasn’t an understanding how content fit into their sales funnel.

The solution:
We developed a channel & content strategy from the bottom up, with a focus on offering value to the audience. Informed by audience insights, we made recommendations on which social channels to use, how to use them, how to plan and schedule content, as well as new content franchises to drive audience engagement
